  Quick to respond Found where leak in roof was coming from and the reason immediately Helpful Explained everything Efficient in getting work started - maybe just a little efficient, as I wasn’t ready. It was a surprise when the roofers turned up, as I didn’t know they were arriving.

  New kitchen fitted

  We have been left with an unfinished, poorly fitted kitchen. Mr T Mills is no longer responding to our emails or texts. Mr T Mills visited and we went through all snags that needed to be rectified. At this visit we also talked about the last few jobs that needed doing to complete the works. Some jobs could not be done until the correct cupboard had been received from the kitchen suppliers. These jobs would then be completed after the said cupboard had been fitted. Mr T. Mills was going to fit our cooker splash back when doing these jobs. Our kitchen is incomplete, although paid for.
