  Gutter issue fixed quickly

  Abraham contacted me within minutes of posting my gutter repair job and was at the property within 20 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it there and then, saving me a lot of time and hassle. Throughout the process, he was friendly, professional, and considerate, and he left the area clean and tidy afterwards. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

  Repainted entire house

  George repainted the entire house including all of the woodwork. He was brilliant from start to finish. He was prompt, professional and kept me updated throughout the job. He took care to make sure the finish was perfect and even noticed that one of the walls wasn't taking the paint evenly and gave it another extra coat without me having to ask. I would definitely use George for my decorating needs in future.

  Bathroom refurb

  I had my bathroom re-done last year by an independent tradesman and the workmanship was very poor. I found Ibrahim to carry out a complete refurb including installation of a new bath and shower, all of the tiling, lighting, plastering and radiator/plumbing. I was very pleased with the quality of Ibrahim's work, the finish is very professional and clean. Ibrahim was clear throughout and made sure to tidy up after every day. I will use Ibrahim for any work in the future.

  Roof repairs

  I was very happy with the work carried out by Samuel. He was clear about what he was doing and gave details and took photos of the work at every stage. The work was quite complex and Samuel stayed later than planned to get the job finished on the day. Very professional and I will be using Samuel for any future work.

  A member of the team came round at the appointed time to quote the works needed to our guttering. After agreeing to the quote we booked an appointment for work to be carried out the following week. I confirmed the time slot to make sure someone was in, I also arranged time off work to be present on the day. The agreed time was 11am-2pm. I chased at 1.30pm to be told they were no longer able to get across that day and would another afternoon that week work. Appreciate things can crop up last minute but a quick text or email would have been the professional thing to do after taking time off work

  Rich and his colleague were fantastic and we are chuffed with the work they carried out in re-designing our front and back gardens. There were a lot of variables and decisions we made and changed along the way and Rich was patient and considerate throughout. Rich is clearly a perfectionist which shows in the quality of his work. We even had a neighbour ask for Rich's details after seeing our front garden so she could get a quote for hers!

  Painting interior walls, ceiling and woodwork.

  Marius was a gentlemen throughout. He quoted us fairly and was able to start straight away, with his team on time everyday and finishing very quickly to a high standard. He also helped with fixing our neighbour's gutter! Will definitely be using Marius' services in the future.

  New kitchen fitted and flooring laid

  James has done a few jobs for us now, first fitting a kitchen which didn't start smoothly as a few pieces were missing from our Wickes delivery but this did not deter James and he got on with what he could with no complaints. The work was completed on time and to a great standard. James also came back to adjust a few of the doors without a fuss when we asked. This and another job laying laminate flooring in the kitchen and dining room have been done to an exemplary standard and we would have no hesitation in recommending James and using his services in the future!

  Roof felt repairs.

  Colin is very reliable, honest and has done an excellent job whenever we’ve used him and we will keep using him for any future roofing. When helping with a blocked down pipe which he did for free, Colin showed me gaps in the roof felt and came round the following week to repair around the edges, which took only a day. I was at work and there were no signs of rubbish or mess anywhere. Colin is a true gentleman who is very helpful and polite and you can tell he takes pride in his work. Thanks once again Colin!

  Lead flashing and re-render to roof.

  Colin is brilliant! We were buying our house and needed a complete re-render and leadwork added to the roof before completing and moving in. Colin kept in touch throughout the job letting us know when he was able to work on the roof and kept to the estimated time of 4 days to complete it so we didn't have extra stress during the completion. Colin was very tidy and there was no sign of rubbish even though there were 50 rubble bags! Colin was even kind enough to check a leak we had which was caused by a blocked downpipe which he came round and cleared the next day! I can't recommend Colin enough.
