  Remedies on the EICR

  Leam was very professional, caring, reliable and understanding. I had been let down by other electricians and just by phoning Leam and explaining the situation with a very short notice to have the Remedies on the EICR done in our of our properties, he helped us. Leam moved some non major appointments to have this job done by the deadline. He kept updating us and always caring with our tenants. He prices was very valued for money and manageable. I could have not done this job without Leam's help. So thank you. I would definitely be using Leam's services from now on.

  Matt went to the property the same day that I contacted him, the 2nd January 2020. He had given me a quote before the job has started as I did explain it as much as I could. He went and did the job then and there, job was small and luckily another job of his had been finished promptly. My customer (our tenant) said that he was very polite and helpful, so to me its a big tick. I had not expected that he would be working the day after NY and very enthusiastically he helped us, promptly and efficiently. I would strongly recommend him from my experience, and will be using his services again.
