  Do not trust this company

  Zoe was hired to install my downstairs bathroom, due for completion 28th Nov. Work was not carried out with due care and skill - examples of issues include a brand new window needing replacement, toilet & sink needing to be reinstalled, no inhibitor being added to central heating system. These issues remain unresolved months later, and Zoe is not responding to me. I would advise not to trust this company, think twice before hiring, and be very cautious about paying money before work is completed / damage is fixed.

  Matt was very patient and helpful providing multiple quotes for various different options. The door was installed only a few weeks ago and we’re thrilled with it - really smart and a vast improvement. Great communication from Matt every step of the way, and friendly and professional service.

  Renotec roof painting

  Paint splatters all over our cream patio (which we had asked about and Rob had assured us would be fine), all of our white PVC windows & brand new front door. Paint overspray on dormer window surrounds, solar panels & render – no protection used, areas masked etc. Stupidly paid in full for the work based on Rob’s word he would return the following week to clean up (as Rob said he had salaries to pay that week and I didn’t want to be difficult, we had further jobs booked with Rob). 3 weeks later, still waiting and we are now fearful that as the paint is no longer fresh it may not clean off.
