  Great customer service - very willing to resolve an issue quickly when it arose

  I had a replacement extractor fan fitted, which didn't quite go according to plan. The electrician did his best - but after I left, I realised I wasn't quite happy with the job. When I contacted MBM to raise concerns, they were brilliant, immediately offering to come over the next day to resolve the issue. It took a bit of creative problem-solving - but I am now very happy with the job and extremely happy with the responsive customer service. Thank you James and Martin at MBM.

  New flow valve and leak fixed

  Elvis is brilliant - polite, patient and reliable. He came over to fix the issue the same evening, and completed the repair with no fuss. When a minor related issue emerged a few weeks later, he completed the repair under the guarantee from the original job.

  Room rewiring and radiator installation

  Christopher and Ross did a great job rewiring my front room and fitting new electric radiators. They had a great problem-solving approach and 'can do' attitude which I appreciated, and followed instructions to the letter. When an issue emerged the day after installation, Christopher quickly responded and the issue was speedily resolved. I would happily recommend Mayday Electrical Solutions and would use them again without hesitation.
