  poor service - not interested in resolving complaint

  Disappointing service.We intructed thm to treat wood worm in a house that we were selling.they were able to do the work within a few days.I explained the situation of needing the treatment to make the sale.However they didn't explain that the guarantee that they gave ,was not insurance based , therefore it relies in the company staying in business.Lenders don't like this type of guarantee.Also the report that they gave was 2 lines long.It didn't go into any detail of what the extent of the infestation was , whether it was live or historic ,or go the treatment administered for each room .

  I required an urgent service on a gas boiler prior to a house sale.Gavin was able to come out within 3 days. Great job ,reasonable price.

  Identify cause of no tv signal and fit aerial connector.

  Excellent work. Tony identified the source of the problem, gave me the options to solve the problem. He then fitted the connector, tuned and tested TV signal. Very pleased with result and reasonable price.
