  I cannot recommend Ramy highly enough. Brilliant communication, punctual, friendly, and a really fabulous new patio. They also tidied up the front garden putting down a membrane and new shingle.

  Pawel did a stunning job, painting 2 rooms. Both rooms needed quite a lot of prep work. The finish is great . Punctual, clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend.

  I needed a room repainted in a hurry. Pawel responded quickly, saw the room, quoted speedily and started the job on schedule. I am more than happy with the standard of work. He was helpful, polite and communicated well. I would happily use his services again.

  Jimmy was brilliant, turned up on time for the quote, and although there was a problem with his van, I was kept completely up to date as to the start time of the job. He broke down the quote so I could see exactly what I was paying for, and completed the job on time and very tidily. All the relevant certificates were provided in a timely manner. I would absolutely recommend him and his team and will happily use his services again.

  Charged £228 for a quote

  Appalling. I was charged for 2 hours, £228, for a non quotation. I didn’t receive a quote. I rang to chase it. The lady said it had been sent, and that I had ‘missed’ it, she sent it again. I received the invoice she had already sent, which said they couldn’t quote because it need tracing. Cost £224 to say they couldn’t quote. My tenant, who saw the plumber, said he seemed inexperienced.
