  Trouble with door lock.

  Just from my phone enquiry, I could tell that Paul was a professional as he wanted to get a fuller picture of what the problem might be, by asking more detailed questions. Rather than just excepting my first explanation of what I thought the problem was. I was given a quote based on that, but once he arrived and did further investigation. He actually saved me money, as it was a smaller job than first thought. Thanks again Paul for your help and advice.
