  Refurbish bathroom

  In 2014 laminate lifting, mould on adjacent wall. P.Parker reluctantly inspected. Without investigation denied responsibility. Contacted insurance co. 21.10.13. Another company attended 2014 leaking flush pipe, due to incorrect installation, advised not to use. Mr Parker informed, address matter in 4/5 weeks, unsure of cost, availability,time frame. Damage worsened, independent plumber repaired leak but flush mechanism broken in process due to cistern not being securely fitted during installation. Informed Mr Parker, came 26.11.14 with replacement panel unable to complete work as new cistern required.
