  Joe went out of his way to help me --- coming today - a Sunday - because he knew that I was really worried about getting the job done asap., after coming here yesterday to look at the job required. He carried out the work very diligently, being careful and calm and professional. I can absolutely 100% recommend Joe -- he is really helpful - and went out of his way to help me. He is someone you can rely on to help you out of a difficult situation. People like Joe are gold dust.

  Washing machine needed unblocking

  Service Engineer Sean Heath did a really good job. He was communicative, (crucial), and he turned up very promptly as promised. He knew exactly what he was doing, and he did the job efficiently and really well. I throughly recommend Sean to anyone who needs repairs to their washing machine. He is absolutely excellent. And very reasonable.
