  Replacing a broken ceiling rose

  A poor start. The initial payment was not put through correctly, which led to my bank blocking it. Then, after I’d sorted that out, I was told that I needed to pay a bit extra as the person I’d been dealing with hadn’t realised the degree of specialism required. There was a problem with putting this payment through as well because this time there was a problem at the bank’s end. Repifix rescued the situation by waiving the further payment. Waited in all day Friday for electrician to no avail. They did phone to apologise and reset for Monday. Job successfully done on Monday.
