  Replied to my request on the same day. Gave me details of replacement lamps. Not urgent so work carried out after a couple of days. 2 electricians attended so did not take long to do the work. Carried out efficiently and explained the work done. Would definitely use again.

  Lee came out the same day that I made the request and explained what was needed to be done. Agreed for the work to go ahead and it was completed the following day. The work involved replacing a broken tile; work on the ridge tiles and solving an issue of a noise in the roof that other contractors had not solved. Work carried out professionally and would use company again.

  Very quick to respond to my enquiry. Told me exactly what the basic cost would be and how they undertook the work. Work carried out and explained what had been done to clear gutters and downpipes. Very friendly and professional service. Would recommend.

  Replace 11 internal doors

  A very professional and friendly company. Initially Tim came round to look at the work involved and explained what his labour charges were and when he could do the work. He followed this up by e-mailing the range of doors and fittings (fully costed) for us to choose from. The work was done on time and in budget to a high standard and the house was left in a clean and tidy state. All the old doors were taken away. I would certainly use this company again if the need arises and would definitely recommend them to anyone who requires this type of work carried out.

  Squirrel gaining access to roof space.

  Harry made contact the same morning of request and came and did a full survey of the inside and outside of the house. He explained what he proposed to do and what the costs would be. Carried out work and after solving the problem he also repaired damage to the roof. Very professional service and would highly recommend him.

  Because of the restricted access to the area of the roof that required repairing Paul was very honest in explaining the cost of work involved and if I wanted him to continue. Arranged for the work to be completed in less than a day even though it meant erecting and dismantling the scaffolding on the day in question. Would certainly use again.

  Replace old patio with new larger one.

  The company provided a professional service from start to finish. Replaced old patio with new, larger one. Sam and his team were very friendly and explained the work as they carried it out. Recycled old patio slabs as rubble base for new one. Removed all rubble and cleaned up the area before leaving. Would certainly use them again and recommend them to anyone planning on any work on their garden.
