  Radiator fit and hot water valve fix

  I've had Sonny over a few times. This time was to fix a hot water valve and to fit a radiator. Easy call out, great communication and jobs is always done quickly and left perfectly tidy. Super happy!

  Loft conversion refurbishment

  I got Ernest in to completely strip out my loft conversion boarding insulation and to replace with upgraded insulation, insulated boarding and plaster. Ernest was very transparent about my quote and gave me 2 on the basis of my request; I'm very picky and he put up with my constant questions. We booked a day to start and the project was completed to my requirements, so that I could complete redecorating myself. His team were lovely and they treat each other well, he communicated constantly so I was kept informed. I will get him back for any other jobs I have in the future.

  Tripped mains board, I couldn't diagnose

  I had a mains switch keep tripping and couldn't diagnose myself after doing basic troubleshooting and Neil got innotucb after I posted a job. He was very kind in coming late and fixing it super quick after we found the issue. Great!

  Incredibly smooth service

  I requested a job to be completed and I got an automated email and a text message to state they would call soon. I got the call and booked in the job with a clear timeframe. I got an email with this and how I could cancel if I wanted to. The day before, I got an email confirming a 4 hour period to expect someone to arrive. On the day I got another text message with a map showing how far Paul was from arriving. Asked what was needed and completed quickly and perfectly, fixed 2 leaking joins in water inlet and a lockshield leak. Incredibly happy and will certainly call them again!

  Got in contact for a quote and Phil was excellent. I had numerous questions and he was able to answer them all in depth so I was able to make an informed decision about what I wanted. The quote was very competitive and had a quick, 2 weeks turn around time to install. On install day the three guys who completed the install, two for fitting the panels and another for the electrical installation were lovely. Upon install they explained how to use apps to track usage etc and got it all set up. Had follow up questions and got answers super quick. Excellent service.

  Contacted on Tuesday, arranged for work to be completed on Thursday, amazingly quick. Work was done quickly and showed me photos of the work done and any concerns that might need to be considered in the future. Great service, definitiely worth the money, keeping his number for future work!

  Repair tiles around velux windows, remove moss and restore ridgeline

  John was quick to contact, to come out and quote and was flexible in arranging the date and what work needed to be done. Took photos of all the issues and explained how they needed to be fixed and potential issues. Got John back a few weeks later to do another job (ridgeline) on the roof which wasn't related to this job and had the same excellent experience. I've also had a quote for replacement of flat roof which we'll book in, in a few months. Excellent work, price was competitive, easy to talk to and swift to get things done.
