  Steve was brilliant, he communicated very well and was very clear and realistic about the task from the beginning. He arrived promptly, giving notice as promised and he got straight to work. He worked in a timely manner and stuck to the price suggested. He resolved an issue we had had for over 2 years so very pleased. He was tidy and I would highly recommend his services. Thank you
