  Friendly, professional service - washer/dryer repair

  I'm very happy with the service I received from Usman Repairs. I thought I knew what was wrong with my washer/dryer, but I was wrong. Wasim diagnosed the problem as a clogged drying unit and was able to clean it out and get it working again without any additional parts. It's been working perfectly ever since. Friendly, professional service with good results. Highly recommend.

  Hedge trimming of a large hedge.

  George arrived on time with all the appropriate equipment and effectively pruned a large line of hedge bushes down our driveway. They were shaped really well, all branches were cleared up, and the job was finished in a timely manner. We will definitely be using GML again for our hedge, and hope to get some quote for other work we have planned.

  Annual alarm service

  Third Eye Security replaced our ADT system with a Texecom system several years ago and we have never regretted that decision. Shil has put up with some crazy requests from us over the years and we've had nothing but professional and pleasant service at a competitive price. Since we've had the alarm system installed he's also installed Nest fire alarms and a Nest outdoor camera for us. He also comes on an annual basis and does a general check of the system. Based on our experience with Shil and Third Eye Security, we would highly recommend them.

  Replacement of old soakaway

  Our 50-year old soakaway in our back garden recently packed up resulting in our patio flooding. We hired Clewer Landscapes to dig out the old soakaway and replace it. Mark had suggested an upgrade to our drainage/soakaway system for a competative price, and we are extremely happy with the results. Mark's team were amazing - they showed up on time, worked very hard, and left our garden and patio clean and tidy. I would highly recommend Clewer Landscapes and we would definitely use them again.

  Annual review of our alarm system

  Shill from Third Eye Security installed our alarm system several years ago and we have him out annually to service our system. Third Eye Security have been amazing. Any time we have an issue, they are a phone call away and always provide excellent service and care. We also used them to install Ring fire alarms in our house when one of our old alarms failed while we were on holiday. Shill was able to come out and replace it while we were away, which was amazing. Shill and Third Eye Security have always taken the extra step to make sure we were happy. Highly recommend.

  Replaced dining room and repaired bathroom window.

  Lee from Tip Top Windows did an excellent job replacing the glass in our very large dining room window. We were very pleased with the results. Lee also replaced the hinges in our bathroom window. After he left we discovered the bathroom window still wasn't closing properly. We notified Lee, who promptly came over and fixed the issue. Overall, the job was completed quickly and to our satisfaction for the price that was agreed. Lee was polite and tidy and obviously knew what he was doing. Excellent job all around.

  Replacement of new up-and-over garage door

  We are really pleased with our new up-and-over garage door. The old door, which had broken, was replaced and the old door taken away. The new door looks amazing and works so much better than the old door. Couldn't be happier!

  Redecorating of child's bedroom.

  I found Rob very easy to work with. He initially gave us a quote for redecorating my daughter's bedroom and our hallway, both of which suffered some water damage and plaster cracks. Rob then came for half a day to do the plaster work, and then again another full day to paint the room and the hallway. Everything now looks amazing - really professional work. We are so pleased. We would definitely use Rob again and would recommend him highly.

  Fixed brick wall in garden that had collapsed.

  A pleasure to deal with. Erik was prompt, courteous and professional all the way through. His workman showed up bang on time and the wall was completed that day. It looks fantastic and for a great price as well. We will definitely be using CPM in the future.
