  Did a great job refurbishing the kitchen. Was constructive and thoughtful, and came up with lots of ideas on how to solve problems and save money. The work done was a good quality and looks great. Jake gave a fair quote for the work, and stuck to the costs. He was punctual and extremely reliable with his estimated timings (virtually to the minute). He was pleasant, tidy and kept me up to date with all steps along the way. He bundled several other jobs together with the kitchen refurb, for maximum efficiency, and they were all done well.

  absolute star. extremely competitive quote, and he actually took less than he had quoted for, even though we repeatedly offered to pay the amount he quoted. prompt communicator, arrived on time, just a real star
