  Quick, transparent and fair pricing!

  I urgently needed a locksmith and first booked a bigger company through Checkatrade, but they weren’t transparent about the total cost. Then Anis called me. He gave a clear, fixed price of £125 including labour cost and the new euro cylinder, arrived within 15 minutes, and completed the job quickly and professionally. He also looked at my garden gate lock and honestly said it didn’t need replacing. Transparent, fair, and no upselling. Highly recommend Anis.

  The supplier may be very busy but attest a call back / acknowledgement irrespective of they want to do the work or not would be have been much appreciated. Disappointing as did not expect this level of service at least on check a trade.

  Electricity fuse tripping consistently even when appliances are unplugged

  I would highly recommend Ravi from RS Electrical. He did an excellent job and finished the work in a timely manner and to agreed budget. He initially completed the work in mid Jan2020 and when I called him later in May2020 when a similar problem resurfaced. He attended immediately even in the midst of COVID situation as there was no power supply in one line of the house. Not only did he fix the problem for but also gave us some precautionary measures to take inorder to prevent such problems. I would never hesitate to use him in future , in fact have asked for a quotation for some upgrade work!
