  I found this company to be incredibly unprofessional and unreliable. Completed the requested job in a half-finished state, offered to come back later in the week to complete it once he got the parts (for an extra charge, of course), and he never did. It took repeated attempts to ask him to come back to finish the job, and I would often get fobbed off or lied to and I don't know why. It became so tiresome having to constantly chase this person to come finish what they started, despite them leaving door plates/fixtures undone and screws on the floor with a 3-month old puppy running around.
