  I believe the proprietor wanted to do things properly but his approach has serious blindspots and shortcomings. More issues could be included but it would take too much time and text. Overall I am left with expensive work that needs to be thoroughly rectified, and work that was quoted, paid for but not carried out. There were huge issues with the planning and process to carry out the first job but the owner seemed to want to make sure things were sorted out and done as well as possible, to consult and get agreem

  Commitment to customer serivice - excellent Conscientious and hard working Initiative and self starter - kept checking with me for appropriate decisions Excellent quality of work Communication from enquiry and quote confusing, contradictory, led to wrong and missing materials ordered. Even though I had tried to check and recap verbally and in writing. Labour cost comparatively expensive. As with any tradesmen, he and his mate had good problem solving skills but I found I important to check in along the way to check assumptions and expections
