  Richard and his colleague were fantastic! We had a couple of false starts arranging a time to view and quote, but Richard was always courteous, contacted me and kept me informed of why he was unavailable, and the next best time to meet up. When he arrived, he gave a very reasonable quote and did the work immediately, including repairing some additional tiles that he noticed were slipping on the garage roof at a marginal additional cost. The work was done quickly, all debris cleared away - would strongly recommend!
