  Leon was quick to respond to job request. Very thorough and knowledgeable about the work required. Punctual, polite and good communication. Worked tidily and respectful of property. Very communicative and considerate of issues that appeared during the job, he explained where more work was needed but no pressure. He worked to the time frame that was estimated.   Very impressed with Chris Miall plastering. Quick response from Simon via checkatrade. Great communication throughout job. Thorough inspection and quote from Chris. Various issues with existing render resolved to a brilliant standard. Polite, efficient and great eye for detail. Would definitely recommend and will call on them again. Thank you!

  Flat roof replacement

  Polite and punctual. Work carried out to a high standard. Some delays due to weather conditions but they made it up over a weekend when the weather was better to keep on track (this was off their own back). Price as quoted. Would recommend.

  Upgrading a lock fitting.

  I would happily recommend Dean to anyone needing a locksmith. He was incredibly friendly and polite from the initial phone call when I booked him for the job. Very flexible with making sure he could work around my schedule he was able to fit me in the next day. He was on time for the appointment and was so friendly, polite, quick working and incredibly knowledgeable. He made sure I was thoroughly happy with any extra products that he thought I might need and didn't pressure me into unnecessary purchases. He made sure everything was working and that I was happy before he left. Thank you Dean.
