  Rob was a pleasure to meet. Had problems because of the hard water in our area but left us with a useable tap and is returning to complete. Pleased to have found him and we will ask him again.

  The team arrived on time and carried out the work as expected. Pleasant company while they were with us. As to the products: we are very pleased. Electric heating is expensive but you need to work to a plan, such as using power when it is cheap to wash clothes, your machine is programmable and shutting doors of heated rooms

  Unable to do the job due to non availability of required part

  Billy could not source the required part; he phoned the boiler manufacturer and established that we had a service agreement with them which covered us.. When I offered to pay a callout charge he refused emphatically. I am not only very impressed; I am also very grateful.. David Edwards
