  Fixing of electrical shower

  Job put up on 19 August. We agreed that they would come on 22 August at 8am. They were a couple of hours late. Some days later I phoned about the quote, which I still haven't received. Meanwhile I got someone else to replace the shower heater for £250. On 30 August I got a call, asking when I will pay the call-out fee of £90. I asked them for an invoice. On 8 September I was again called. I asked for an invoice and asked about not receiving a quote. This time I got the invoice with a quote of £360, dated 23 August, although they were still discussing details with me after that.
