  Thomas is a friendly chap, punctual and good communication. The repointing and brick repair of the chimney was a really good standard. The repair of the spalled bricks was disappointing. Thomas did return quickly and carry out further repair because I was unhappy with the works and reduced his invoice slightly as some minor parts still needed attention.

  Umar arrived on time and wad quick to get to work. He explained what he needed to do and we agreed a price. He quickly stopped the leak and was able to fix the issue. The job took longer than expected and he did not charge an additional fee. Umar was also very careful with his work and double/triple checked everything before he left. 100% recommend.

  Mark came to look at the job and said he would provide a quote by mid week. We didn't hear from him again and he didn't reply to our messages. I can't review the quality of his work but communication was poor

  Jack and his team visited and gave a competitive quote and talked me through the works required. The team arrived on time and were polite, punctual and completed the job as described and on time. I also found the communication from Jack and Stacey to be 110% and would be happy to use this firm again.

  I was really impressed with Shacquille. He was professional, knowledgeable, polite and punctual. He fixed the problem and advised and helped with a couple of smaller issues I had. What really set Shacquille apart from other tradesmen I have dealt with was his communication. They were regular and clear and very polite so I knew what was happening, why and when. I will definitely hire Shacquille again in the future and have passed his details to my friends.
