  cooker hood

  Cooker hood had packed up after a bulb blew. Also fridge light had stopped coming on when opening fridge door. Diagnosed problem on first visit, returned and successfully replaced electric hood and light contact on 2nd visit. Very happy with their work.

  Replace mixer tap in kitchen

  Was about 45 minutes late, blamed the traffic but he could have phoned up to let me know he would be late. The tap we bought in advance seemed to confuse him as he'd never come across that type before. Got the job done although I didn't expect to take that long.
