  Failed to Attend Appointment and No Communication

  I arranged an appointment for 18 June 2026 at 11:00am and travelled from Preston specifically to meet this company on site. They failed to turn up, did not contact me beforehand and did not respond to my calls or messages afterwards. I rang twice and left two messages, yet received no reply. My time was completely wasted and the lack of courtesy shown was unacceptable. If a contractor cannot attend an agreed appointment, the very least a customer should expect is a phone call. Based on this experience, I found the service unprofessional and would not recommend.
