  Replacement of double glazed unit in door and addition of cat flap

  John was exceptionally prompt and helpful in his communication - even communicating with me from the airport whilst waiting for a flight. He was efficient, polite and professional throughout our interactions. Even when the job proved a little more complex than we initially thought it would be, he remained positive and completed it within a timely manner. I would highly recommend his services.

  Dent and scratch repaired to an incredibly high standard

  I called Insignia for a quote after I damaged my door whilst pulling out of a car parking space. They were hugely helpful, approachable and supportive - even staying open slightly later than usual so I could rake the car in to be looked at for a quotation. They managed to fit my car in the following day and repaired it so it looked like new. The price quoted was £250 cheaper than other places and felt reasonable considering the work completed. All in all, it was a very impressive interaction and I will certainly use them again, if the need should ever arise.

  Packing and moving

  I cannot both rate and also thank Mike and Mike enough. They made an incredibly stressful experience, a million times better - and their professionalism, efficiency and kindness were truly exceptional. As a single mother moving house by herself for the first time, I felt quite intimidated by the prospect of trying to pack and move from a large five bedroom house. However Mike and Mike managed the whole experience with such skill, that everything happened seamlessly and just 24 hours later, I’m almost unpacked in my new home. Thank you Mike and Mike.
