  Excellent service from initial contact to completion of the work. Scott responded to my initial enquiry for a quote very promptly, turned up at the agreed time to view the work required ( clean the moss of a large roof, replace broken tiles & mend a leaking gutter) & got a quote to me within 24 hours. Only had to wait a few weeks until the work could start. The work was carried out very thoroughly by Scott and Luke - they also treated the roof with a soft wash to reduce moss regrowth & cleaned the gutters, fascia & soffits. Cleaned up & removed all the moss and waste. Thoroughly recommended

  Installation of new loft ladder

  Responded very quickly to my job request, survey arranged for the next day. Surveyor got slightly delayed but called to let me know. Very pleasant and efficient when he arrived and was able to get the office to send me a quote within 15 mins. Cost was slightly higher than other quotes I had but I accepted on condition that they fitted the ladder before the end of the week and in fact they were able to get a fitter around that afternoon as he had finished another job. So all resolved within 2 days!
