  Professional damp survey

  I approached Biocraft to complete a damp survey on my house due to concerns we had. They asked us for what we'd specifically like them to assess and gave me a quote based on this. The surveyor was friendly, professional and informative, comprehensively answering any questions I had and providing me with lots of information. I received a written report of findings a week later. This has helped me to determine what work needs carrying out. I'd recommend Biocraft

  Oven repair

  Someone came out to fix my oven 2 days after I enquired. I was kept up to date with when they would arrive and they were able to work around a work commitment I had. The person who did the repair was friendly and got the job done quickly. Happy to have a working oven again
