  Moss removal and replace a few tiles.

  Chad responded very promptly to our enquiry. He visited to inspect what was needed and then submitted a very competitive quote same day. We agreed to go ahead and Chad kept us informed re his team’s availability. They turned up on the agreed day and completed the work same day. The team onsite were friendly and hardworking. We were happy with the completed job and the team cleared up and left everything tidy. All in all a good experience and a nice job completed. Would recommend Storm Proof and would use them again.

  Faultless service from start to finish. Sam responded very promptly to our Checkatrade enquiry and immediately gave us a very clear price for call-out, diagnosis and labour. We gave a go ahead and Sam turned up a few minutes early on the agreed day, with the required parts already in hand, and completed the repair efficiently and without any issues. A great experience and will definitely use him again.
