  Arrived within 24 hours of me listing posting the work required after promptly responding to me online. Polite and considerate. He quickly resolved the problem I had with the door attached to my integrated Siemens dishwasher. On completion of the work he was able to accept a card payment whilst still with me and the invoice was exactly as quoted. I was very satisfied - it couldn't have been a smoother experience

  fitting new tv aerial as original no longer working effectively

  Came promptly and explained the size and potential cost of the job. But as Christmas was imminent because they couldn't do what was needed immediately, they went out of their way to install a temporary arrangement to ensure we could continue to view over the holiday season. When they returned on the agreed date, Tony was at pains to (1) find our 'missing' booster, (2) explain what was happening and (3) very obligingly work around us and our furniture. We were very satisfied especially as the final bill was lower that originally indicated due to some anticipated expenditure not being needed.
