  Mikhail was very prompt in answering my request, came the next day, inspect the problem and explain what work needs to be carried out. also offer me a very reasonable quote for 2 jobs (kitchen sink replacement and replacing faulty shower unit). Both jobs were completed to high standard. Communication with Mikhail was smooth and seamless, he is very approachable and happy to answer any questions.
