  Poor finish with lack of communication

  There were ongoing issues throughout the project regarding communication, delays, and additional costs being added after works had already been carried out. Whilst some extra works may have been needed, there was a lack of clear agreement and sign-off before those costs were incurred, which ultimately led to them trying to charge more. I also found communication around pricing and expectations inconsistent at times, which made the overall process far more stressful than it needed to be.
