  Wall removal inspection

  I am in the process of purchasing a house. We suspect that a wall is not load bearing but require confirmation before proceeding with the purchase. At this time we were only after confirmation that it can be done but will be looking for a builder to conduct the work in the next few months once the purchase has completed. Shaun completed the inspection at no charge and with a good level of feedback. This has laid great foundations for any work which we use him for to carry out the work.
