  Major rat problem, took the time to explain everything that would be done

  Tom was exceedingly approachable and when he visited, he took the time to explain exactly what he was suggesting, and the reasons why. He has installed 5 "traps" and we are due a further 2 visits to ascertain the success of his visits. To date, I am very satisfied with what has been done.
