  roof repair

  Identified as an issue with leadwork around a box on roof with a soil pipe running through it. Suggested a repair with price of £750. Ripped roofing up then made contact on phone stating price is now £2130. At this point no real choice but agree. Boxing removed claimed to be remade and made watertight with large quantity of lead removed from site and replaced with cheap felt that is already coming away. To top it off soil pipe now leaks into kitchen wall and seaps sewage through the wall. Seeking advice elsewhere to remedy. I hate having to leave such a negative review BUT DO NOT USE!
