  Unreliable and costly

  Steve visited my apartment twice to fix a leak, only to create irreversible damage due to the installation of miliput around the leak (which didn't stop it). I have had to pay extra for two visits, and the purchase and replacement of an entire tap due to this. Now he is not responding to my messages and I hope to prevent future customers from having to deal with the hassle I have had.
