  Awful after care warranty

  Had worked carried out in Feb 25,. There was some snagging that needed doing and they came out in June 2025. I wasn't expecting anything to go wrong with the roof for many years but some tiles have slipped. Called them back out on 2nd June 26, they were supposed to get back to me with a date the repairs woukd be carried out but are completely ignoring messages, calls and emails. The roof works are still under warranty.
