  Laying LVT in apartment

  I engaged Art for two flooring projects. Communication was inconsistent throughout, and despite initial concerns I continued due to project timelines. The first job was satisfactory, but the second was not. The finished LVT floor was uneven, with boards unlocking and clicking underfoot. Art later inspected the work, acknowledged the poor standard, and carried out repairs, which also resulted in damage to some skirting. Despite recognising the defects, no meaningful resolution or compensation was offered. I would encourage anyone considering similar work to research carefully before proceeding.
