  Poor workmanship and Communication

  Sam installed a curtain pole that is wonky and massively out of level and drilled unnecessary holes into the wall which were left unrepaired. He also fitted a bathroom roller blind by drilling directly into the window frame. This has caused damage to the window and has voided the window warranty. Communication before and after the work was completed has been very poor. I contacted Sam to raise these issues and ask for him to return to rectify the work, but I have received no response. Based on this, I would not recommend this trader. The overall standard of work was poor
