  Chris contacted us straight away to organise a site visit where he carefully listened to our needs, provided advices and took care of the logistics to bring the large window through our stairs. He contacted us ahead if tge installation date ad there was some storm forecasted and suggested potentially alternative dates for the installation. When he undertook the installation, he was discreet, protected our carpet and floor. The work was completed within 1 day ahead of his plan. The quality of the finish was excellent.
