  Repair of a leak from the garden room gulley.

  The main reason I asked Bevis to do this job was he came some months ago to look at my valleys, he said they didn't need any work on them and wouldn't quote me. I found Bevis to be very honest and straight forward to do the work for a good price. The work was carried out very well and to his quote. The leak was very intermittent he replaced roofing felt which had not been installed properly and reproofed the gulley. He said please ring if the leak persists. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending Bevis or using his services again. Great job.

  deinstalling window and blocking up the window space.

  Deinstalled existing window and blocking up the hole. This was an internal window and was blocked with plasterboard, insulation and plastered on both sides. The work done was excellent and now looks great. Thanks to Max and the team it was completed efficiently and timely. I have no problems recommending TEF Construction Ltd and I have another job lined up for them later in the year.
