  Ceiling collapsed due to water leak.

  James assessed the ceiling and we agreed on a date for the work. He clearly explained what needed to be done, how long it would take, and provided a reasonable quote that included all materials. Due to the recent heatwaves, James was honest and communicative about the need to change the original date and rescheduled us at the earliest available opportunity. The work was completed over two days, and we are very happy with the finished result. James was professional, reliable, and kept us informed throughout the process.
