  Alex was friendly to deal with and went above and beyond to get the new shower fitted, despite some of the parts being missing and having to modify it to fit. Price was very reasonable for the effort required!

  Vincent was very communicative and easy to arrange the work with, fitting me in quickly around my schedule. Work was completed on time and as agreed to a high standard. Vincent and his son were both friendly and respectful of my home, cleaning up after themselves and leaving it better than they found it! I'd be happy to use VIP again if needed.
