  Strip & re-tile roof

  A gutter leak escalated to a large roof repair, which Empire carried out within a few days. After they left, we found the loft covered in dirt, debris in the gutters, adhesive/mortar stuck to a velux window and a heap of rubbish in the drive which took a week and several requests to get removed. They also damaged a solar panel array, which is now not working. There followed a string of missed appointments, broken promises and different excuses, but they have completely failed to return to correct their errors, and I now have to pay someone to repair the panels. Unprofessional and unreliable.
