  Hanging heavy mirror

  I asked him to erect a heavy mirror in the lounge and he put a nail through a pipe which runs up from the radiator. This is negligent, as he should have known the pipe would be there. Water came gushing out of the pipe all over floor and the mirror fell off the wall. Absolute disaster. I’m now left trying to resolve this including plumber, plasterer etc.
