  Talked the talk but did not meet any decent standard of work

  The Amazon Property Solutions team were proactive at the start & adjusted the scope of work as the job progressed. However the finished work was very sub-par. Approx 30sqm paving laid. Of that, I approx 20% of the slabs are loose 2 months on. One small slab came away - it had been fixed down with 4 dabs of silicon sealant. Much of the grouting has eroded away due to the movement of the slabs. The team also left behind a 1T builders bag of soil (it was agreed before hand that their team would remove all waste). I still have not received an invoice despite asking 3-4 times per week. No replies

  Poor quality, poor aftersales/customer service

  Very disappointed with the service. The patio (approx 30sq.m) was laid quite evenly but it seems that the grouting was installed too soon and now there are 8-10 loose slabs. One slab came up completely and it seems it was fixed with silicon sealant. They also left a 1T builders bag of excavated soil waste just outside the property. Despite regular telephone calls to the company and the PM of the team, no action has been taken to remedy these items and I have been largely ignored. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company.

  External Rendering

  Lucain agreed to render the outside of our home in sand and cement. also removal of existing pebbledash. The finish was particularly poor - very uneven in texture and shading (presumably due to using a mixer that had thick cement residue from doing brickwork). I needed to pay for another contractor to apply a (third!) coat of render. Lucian agreed to repay me a proportion of what I had already paid him. The debt remains outstanding and Lucian is now ignoring my calls. Nice enough chap. Not reliable. Not trustworthy.
