  Repair to faulty dishwasher

  Lee was prompt and friendly, turning up the next day to take a look at our dishwasher which had stopped filling with water. He diagnosed the issue, showed me what had happened and fixed it. He also took a look at another issue and offered some suggestions on that. Very happy and recommended

  Diagnose and fix a faulty shower

  I got an offer from Ultraheat Plumbing through Checkatrade to come and check out my Mira shower that no longer supplied hot water. When booking the appointment they suggested it might be the cartridge but came out to check anyway. First guy arrived on time and tried various cleaning and adjusting to see if he could get it working but confirmed it was a cartridge. I got a call a short time later saying someone could pick one up and fit it in the next 45 minutes or so. Quote was given and the guy turned up, fixed it AND fixed a dodgy tap whilst here. Lovely customer service, friendly..A+++
