  Prompt response and quote. Arrived on time on day agreed. Converted pop up loft hatch to a drop down hinged flap with 3 part pull down ladder. Job carried out to good standard, tidy workers who made sure we were happy with installation before they left. Invoice was emailed after completion for the amount quoted. Would recommend.
