  The tradeperson John is pleasant to deal with and given a good quote for the job. He has done this with full responsibility. Was punctual, strict with his timing.

  The service engineer was really good and was helpful to sort the problem out. The only drawback was the service cost which was a bit high. Overall it's positive experience.

  Repairing done for the boiler

  I was about to give 10 out 10. However, 1 mark deducted for the cost of repair. The trade person was lovely and professional with proper communication and explained things well. The quoted price seems to be a bit high for me. However, I am happy that the problem was solved out.
